The proper response to seeing God's majesty is praise and worship (not just be in awe of His work). God is greater than all He has created. God's glory is also visible even in the smallest things. David says that even though humans are tiny in the grand scheme of all of creation, yet God has given us significance/value. There is a hierarchy: God is supreme over all, then the angels/heavenly beings, then humans, then animals, and then insects. We are not on the level of God (as Satan in the form of the snake said to Eve), nor are we the same as other creatures on earth. The image of God is democratized as every human has been made in the image of God - therefore, do not worship any other person as they are your equal. We are to be rulers over creation (we are permitted to eat animals and have them as companions or for work). We are able to make use of nature, like trees for wood. We are to rule in a way to bring praise to God, not to just destroy what God created. Are rule over the world has been damaged by sin.
(1 Corinthians 15:21-28, Ephesians 1:22-23) Christ's salvation extends to all things, including creation or nature. (Hebrews 2:5-9) Jesus corrects what happened under Adam.
