Paul's example is to pray for each other. He encourages us to have overflowing love for all people. He also wants us to love deeply and genuinely. This love will be effective if it is based on spiritual knowledge and discernment. Love should be pure and blameless - we should not compromise righteousness in the name of love.
Since we have experienced the love of God, and have been transformed by it, we should let that love flow through us.
