We live in a fast paced society which affects our ability to be patient (to be in a position of hope and expectation).
The danger with waiting for God is that we try to enforce our own time frame on the Lord.
Why should we wait for God? There are many benefits: we develop character, we learn his timing. We should wait because of who he is: God never lies; he is faithful and will fulfill his promises; he will do what we have failed to.
What do we so while waiting? Keep praying and serving and do not give up.
