As a Christian, testimony is a privilege.
Testimony:
- leads to acceptance into the body of Christ (the Church). Acts 9:23-31
- is the best part of your message as it opens people to listen when they know you better
- builds the listener's confidence in God's grace
- brings a strong conviction to the listener, as it is proof of the Spirit of God
- powerful because it was made possible by God
- is a relational bridge (some may not want to hear you quote from the Bible, but would be open to hear your story)
- is an unique way to show how God loves us.
In order for our stories to be powerful and have an impact, our daily lifestyle has to be in line with it.
