What Does It Mean To Be "Missional"?

Do we always make our decisions based on safety and comfort? That's not what God wants us to do - just because there is risk involved does not mean it is not God's will for you to go out - if you don't step out you will limit how God can work through you. To be a missional people, means you must work as a team. You must be clear on the ultimate purpose for going: share the gospel and love of Christ. Help address physical needs but do not overlook the spiritual needs. Learn about the people/culture before going to better serve. If you do not get called to go to a foreign area, your home is your mission field - everything you do should be done with the kingdom and Jesus' love and glory in mind.
